Oliver - aged 2

Oliver is an appealing toddler, with brown eyes and a cheerful personality. He has some level of learning difficulty and he displays behaviours which suggest he may have autism. He has made good progress since being with his foster carer, but his development is still globally delayed. Oliver's mother is white British and his father Kurdish.

Oliver needs a one or two parent family who can accept the challenging uncertainties of his future progress and are able to offer him the extra level of care that he needs. A family would also need to be able to reflect or respect and promote his Kurdish heritage.
